CNC machining factory in China

Magnesium and aluminum CNC machining accounts for more than half of metal CNC machining, and is widely used in the medical device industry, defense and aerospace industry, automotive industry and machinery industry. Our machining services provide a variety of capabilities for custom metal fabrication, with CNC machining of magnesium and aluminum being one of the most important technologies. From a prototype to short-run production machining aluminum, we have different machining options to minimize costs while meeting all tolerances of design specifications. We design rapid direct CNC machining for magnesium aluminum prototyping, and tool geometry, fixtures and positioning components for short run aluminum machining production to ensure fast setup and consistent dimensions. CNC or Computer Numerical Control Machining is a widely used manufacturing process that uses automated high-speed cutting tools to form designs from metal or plastic stock.
