Customized touch-to-type parts drone components

To most people, a “drone” is a specific type of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV): a multi-rotor or multi-rotor vehicle. As the name suggests, these machines fly with downward directed thrust via two or more motor-driven propellers.

How about magnesium alloys used in drone parts

New magnesium-based materials are ideal for future aircraft because they are so light that they could significantly increase the range of these vehicles. They exhibit very good castability, are easy to machine, and can be formed into profiles or forgings for use as components in next-generation aircraft structures. In the case of a large number of the same parts, magnesium alloy high pressure die casting is significantly better than aluminum alloy high pressure die casting. This is due to the lower solubility of iron in magnesium, resulting in significantly longer tool/casting life. In addition, the mold filling time for high pressure die casting of magnesium alloys is reduced by approximately 30%. This is because of the lower density: aluminum alloys are about 50% heavier than magnesium alloys, which is a significant disadvantage of aluminum alloys, especially in the aerospace industry.

Customized touch-to-type parts drone components

In competing with aluminium alloys as structural materials, magnesium alloys have the advantages of low density, high strength ratio, better electromagnetic shielding properties and castability. These result in the preferential use of magnesium alloys in 3C components(Computer, Communication and Consumer product) where lightweight , heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding is critical.also have extremely broad applications in the fields of automotive, aerospace, outdoor sports and so on.

With the high integration in 3C , removing the excessive heat produced during the operation of electronic components and heat exchangers, which causes the components to fail as a result of overheating or deformation, becomes more urgent. The demand for materials with both excellent heat dissipation and mechanical properties is increasing rapidly. Selecting materials with appropriate thermal conductivity is very important for achieving the best performance of components.

Mg alloys exhibit great potential as heat dissipation materials owing to their smaller heat capacity and better heat dissipation effects than those of Al alloys. Over the past decades, there have been some efforts devoting to enhancing the thermal conductivity of Mg alloys with a clear understanding of the fundamental heat transfer at the micro, nano and even molecular scales.

Aiming to develop a Mg alloys that can provide significantly improved thermal conductivity in comparison to the commonly used AZ91D magnesium alloys,  Zhongmei built Research Institute of Magnesium Alloy Materials jointly with the global leading expert, Prof. Pan Fusheng of Chongqing University and his team.

Comprender los beneficios de las autopartes de aleación de magnesio y aluminio y las aplicaciones en automóviles

Learn about the applications of magnesium and aluminum alloys in the automotive industry Of course, light vehicles are more fuel efficient than heavy vehicles. Research has shown that global energy consumption can be greatly reduced by using light-duty vehicles, which are said to be achievable with an average weight of 500kg. As a result, manufacturers have done a lot of research to find materials that are as safe as replacing certain parts of a car but not as heavy. Of course, this practice does not reduce the number of existing vehicles, but allows more safety and luxury equipment to be...

Die Casting Mold factory: What You Need to Know

Die casting is a manufacturing process that is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods industries. It involves pouring molten metal into a mold, which is then cooled and ejected to produce a solid metal part. The quality and accuracy of the final product depend largely on the die casting mold used in the process.   What is a Die Casting Mold?   A die casting mold is a tool used to produce metal parts through the die casting process. It is typically made of two halves, the cavity side and the core side, that fit together to...

Creación de un molde de fundición a presión

Creating a die casting mold is a complex process that requires skill and precision. Die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is injected into a mold to form a specific shape. The mold is created through a process called die casting mold making, which involves several steps.   The first step in creating a die casting mold is designing the part. The part is designed using computer-aided design (CAD) software, which allows the designer to create a 3D model of the part. The CAD software also allows the designer to make adjustments to the part as needed....
