¿Qué es la fundición a presión en cámara fría? ¿Y por qué es ampliamente utilizado en la industria de fundición a presión?

La fundición a presión en cámara fría es que el brazo robótico vierte el líquido de metal fundido en la cámara de inyección alimentando la sopa desde el medio de la máquina a través de una cuchara, y luego usa el pistón de inyección (martillo) para empujar el líquido de metal en el Molde a alta velocidad, manteniendo una cierta presión. Un equipo de fundición que enfría y solidifica para obtener productos terminados. Su ventaja es que no necesita recuperación manual y tiene un alto grado de automatización. La superficie del producto fundido a presión es lisa y plana, con alta resistencia y dureza, y el espesor del producto es delgado. Los productos fabricados no necesitan un procesamiento secundario, sino un moldeado único, que puede realizar la industrialización e integración de la producción, para lograr el efecto de reducir costos y aumentar la eficiencia.

 

Our factory currently has 21 cold-chamber die-casting machines with a maximum volume of 3,000 tons, which can be used for die-casting large structural parts, such as automobile gearboxes, mechanical casings, etc. Recently, the world’s first 27.5-inch, super-sized magnesium alloy frame built by our company with 3,000 tons of equipment won the Excellence Award at the 79th World Magnesium Association Conference in 2022. The International Magnesium Association (IMA) was founded in 1943 with the mission to promote the use of metallic magnesium in material selection and to encourage innovative applications of multifunctional metals. Established in 1962, IMA’s Excellence Awards program is an annual selection competition open to all companies in the industry to showcase magnesium’s role in the five categories of automotive foundry products/non-automotive commercial foundry products/design forged products/environmental protection/health and safety Outstanding applications in each aspect, and select the most representative outstanding products of the year from the above five aspects.

 

We have used this process to cooperate with well-known car companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Ford, BYD and other auto parts such as steering wheels, gearboxes and other auto parts, as well as Yadi, Emma, Mavericks, Xidesheng and other two-wheeled vehicle frames and axles. The one-piece molding process we do makes these products very simple and beautiful in appearance without welding ports.

Cold chamber die casting is currently the most widely used alloy die casting process on the market, and our company is very mature in this application.
