Die Casting guide: The Process, Materials, and Applications

Die casting is a manufacturing process that involves forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The fourth and final step is the removal of the finished part. Once the metal has solidified, the two halves of the mold are separated, and the finished part is removed. The part may require some additional finishing, such as polishing or painting, before it is ready for use.
