Manufacturer of custom die-cast parts

Die casting is a metal casting process characterized by the pressing of molten metal into a mold cavity under high pressure. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel molds that have been machined into shape, in a process similar to an injection mold. Die casting is a metal casting process that involves feeding molten non-ferrous alloys into molds at high pressure and high speed to rapidly manufacture shaped products. The main materials used in die casting are alloys of aluminum, magnesium and zinc. Die casting provides high dimensional accuracy and enables mass production of thin, complex shaped products.

A die casting machine is used in the metal casting process, by which it injects molten metal into a mold cavity, and when the metal cools and solidifies, the shape of the die casting is formed, which is a manufacturing method to obtain metal castings such as aluminum or zinc die castings.
