To most people, a “drone” is a specific type of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV): a multi-rotor or multi-rotor vehicle. As the name suggests, these machines fly with downward directed thrust via two or more motor-driven propellers.

In the case of a large number of the same parts, magnesium alloy high pressure die casting is significantly better than aluminum alloy high pressure die casting. This is due to the lower solubility of iron in magnesium, resulting in significantly longer tool/casting life. In addition, the mold filling time for high pressure die casting of magnesium alloys is reduced by approximately 30%. This is because of the lower density: aluminum alloys are about 50% heavier than magnesium alloys, which is a significant disadvantage of aluminum alloys, especially in the aerospace industry.
