Our factory currently has 21 cold-chamber die-casting machines with a maximum volume of 3,000 tons, which can be used for die-casting large structural parts, such as automobile gearboxes, mechanical casings, etc. Recently, the world’s first 27.5-inch, super-sized magnesium alloy frame built by our company with 3,000 tons of equipment won the Excellence Award at the 79th World Magnesium Association Conference in 2022. We have used this process to cooperate with well-known car companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Ford, BYD and other auto parts such as steering wheels, gearboxes and other auto parts, as well as Yadi, Emma, Mavericks, Xidesheng and other two-wheeled vehicle frames and axles. The one-piece molding process we do makes these products very simple and beautiful in appearance without welding ports.
