Professional die casting company production

Professional die casting company production
Die casting is the process of forcing molten metal under high pressure into mold cavities (which are machined into dies). Most die castings are made from nonferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, and aluminum-based alloys, but ferrous metal die castings are possible. The die casting method is especially suited for applications where a large quantity of small to medium-sized parts are needed with good detail, fine surface quality, and dimensional consistency.
This level of versatility has placed die castings among the highest volume products made in the metalworking industry.
In recent years, injection-molded plastic parts have replaced some die castings because they are cheaper and lighter. Plastic parts are a practical alternative if hardness is not required and little strength is needed.

OEM die-casting manufacturer produce magnesium alloy auto dashboard to make cars at the forefront of fashion

With the continuous progress of magnesium alloy technology research and development, in the current automotive market, some non-structural parts are gradually replacing aluminum alloy die castings with magnesium alloys during use. Because the density of magnesium alloy is small, the weight is light, and the shock absorption performance is also good, and the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity are also high. In the case of the same grade, magnesium alloy parts are at least one-fifth lighter than aluminum alloy die castings. Such automobile castings are also in line with the current concept of lightweight in the automobile market. Therefore, magnesium...
