As is well known, the surface treatment process of magnesium alloys has always been a challenge.

At present, the existing processes in the market include: magnesium alloy oil spraying, magnesium alloy powder spraying, magnesium alloy passivation, magnesium alloy spray painting, etc.

Taishan Zhongmagnesium Technology Co., Ltd. has independent mold workshops, die-casting workshops, CNC precision machining workshops, and coating workshops. From die-casting production to finished products, it can be completed independently in Zhongmagnesium without the need for outsourcing, saving customers’ time and costs.

In 2023, China Magnesium has broken through the bottleneck of magnesium alloy surface treatment and can achieve surface treatment processes such as magnesium alloy micro arc oxidation, magnesium alloy electroplating, and magnesium alloy electrophoresis. Among them, the neutral salt spray test can reach over 1000 hours, the coating hardness is 6H (Vickers hardness), and the adhesion test is better than the national standard.
